Fall Parnter Meeting Will Feature Fresh Ideas for PSVP

Monday’s partner meeting will feature the proposal of a new model for PSVP’s investing and staffing. The proposed changes will dramatically improve and alter the way PSVP does business, supports nonprofits, recruits and educates partners, and even manages the organization. Big exciting changes you just wouldn’t want to miss!

Here are just a few teasers to think about over the weekend:

  • Many more opportunities for you to meet screened, top-notch nonprofits and improved ability to sort out how you can engage
  • Three or four major learning events that will give you real insight as to where you might want to focus your energy
  • Clearer focus for us on the things and programs that shape the formative years for children — generally before the age of 10-12, the time when learning or behavior deficits need to be resolved
  • A major, annual Showcase Event. While we have some good ideas, we need your input and views on what might be a GREAT event.
  • The prospect of lower dues to PSVP and more of your Investment in Money and Time going directly to NPs that you can choose.

Reminder: The PSVP Fall Partner meeting is scheduled for Monday, October 26th beginning at 6:00PM at the Teutonia Mannerchor Club, conveniently located at 857 Phineas Street (near the 16th Street Bridge and East Ohio Street on the Northside).
