Pittsburgh Social Venture Partners offers leadership development opportunities for high potential/emerging leaders in the corporate community. For some companies, PSVP membership can be an additional leadership development opportunity in a full array of professional development offerings for employees. For others, participation in PSVP is an effective way to create such opportunities.
How your company and your employees can benefit
A corporate partnership with PSVP enables at least two employees to become Partners and fully participate in education forums, networking and hands-on work with our Investees. Successful companies and employees focus their attentions on bringing the most they can to their day-to-day work. Experiences outside the work place such as PSVP enhance their ability to do this by creating unique opportunities to engage in civic activities that provide new insights into managing and running businesses. Take advantage of this unique opportunity and differentiate yourself as a great place to work. Corporate partners may sponsor one major event per year. Events may be hosted at locations that highlight your company and you are free to invite your employees. You may also provide in-kind services to PSVP and our Investees.
