Social Innovation Fast Pitch
2012 Fast Pitch presentation
- Any nonprofit delivering significant social impact in creative ways within Allegheny County is encouraged to apply
- 10 finalists will be selected
- Finalists will be coached for pitch presentation
- Finalists will “pitch” audience of hundreds
- All present will vote
- Cash grants totaling over $30,000 will be awarded that evening

Spring / Fall Pitch
2011 Fall Pitch votes are collected
- Partners define a specific program focus area
- Nonprofit organizations working in the focus area apply for PSVP support (up to 18 months technical assistance)
- PSVP Selection Committee narrows the applicants to two finalists
- Finalists are coached on messaging their program objectives into a Pitch
- Finalists pitch, votes are cast by attendees and the nonprofit investee that PSVP will work with is selected
- A total of $15,000 is also awarded
